The HP TouchPad was being shown off at the GDC 2011 in San Francisco just next door to the big Apple iPAd 2 event. The demo was of a fighter game called the Armageddon Squadron II. The TouchPad gaming experience looks smooth enough, but the cool feature comes at the video.
The TouchPad can be synched with other WebOS devices, such as the Pre3. When a text message comes in an alert is shown on both the Pre3 and the TouchPad. Engadget snagged the above vieo and has another, perhaps more impressive game trailer of Desert Winds.
