In a huge after hours sale, T-Mobile USA has tweeted that the nation’s fourth largest carrier will be offering 4G phones, including popular phones such as the myTouch 4G and the T-Mobile G2, for free with a 2-year service agreement. The promotional offer lasts until 3 AM Pacific Time, according to the Twitter message.

In the U.S., T-Mobile currently uses HSPA+ technology for 4G. Rival Sprint uses WiMax for 4G while Verizon Wireless is rolling out LTE for its 4G network.

Customers interested in the sale can visit t-mobile.com for additional details. For nocturnal shoppers who are looking at a smartphone, this promotion sounds like a good deal and would complement T-Mobile’s new plan pricing.
