AT&T HTC One X Benchmarks Blow Away Competition

By  |  1 Comment

The HTC One X is coming to AT&T in the U.S. with a dual core processor, instead of the quad-core processor found in the international version, but if these benchmarks are to be believed there’s no reason to worry.

Early HTC One X benchmarks are online, showing a strong performance that backs up our hands on time with the device. The numbers are even more impressive when you remember that the HTC One X trounces the Transformer Prime, which has a quad-core processor.

The HTC One X doesn’t have an official price or release date yet, but April still looks promising for a One X launch on AT&T in the U.S.

We’re well aware that benchmarks alone can’t make a device, but considering the power that the One X has and the nice looking Sense 4.0 overlay, AT&T and HTC have a potential hit on their hands.

The HTC One X has a dual core Snapdragon processor, 4.7-inch 720p HD display (complete with Gorilla Glass), an 8MP rear camera with a great looking sensor and a 1.3MP front-facing camera for video chatting purposes,. The phone has 1GB of RAM and a HDMI connector for TV-out. Surprisingly the One X clocks in at an extremely thin form factor with a thickness of 9.5mm.
