The company’s promised Fallout 4 DLC for early 2016 though we still don’t know when it will make its first announcement or when the first DLC will be released for PC, Xbox One or PS4. We do have some idea about what to expect though.

Bethesda’s also promised official Fallout 4 mods for PC, PS4 and Xbox One and regular updates that bring new features and bug fixes for Fallout 4 problems. The developer remains mum on the status of the mods and DLC but it’s rolling out a brand new update that brings some new features to PC and console.

Smaller Change Log for PS4 & Xbox One

Bethesda's February Fallout 4 update change log comes with a grand total of five new features but a few of them won't be coming to the Xbox One or PS4. Here's the official change log from today's 1.3 update for the PC:

- New ambient occlusion setting, HBAO+ (PC)
- New weapon debris effects (PC NVIDIA cards)
- Added status menu for settlers in your settlements
- Added ability to rotate an object you are holding with left/right triggers and pressing down on left thumbstick lets you switch the rotating axis
- Improved "ESDF" keys remapping support while in Workshop mode (PC)

Console owners can cxpect both the Xbox One and PS4 to get the new status menu for settlers. The Xbox One and PS4 updates will also bring the "added ability to rotate an object you are holding with left/right triggers and pressing down on left thumbstick lets you switch the rotating axis." But that's it as far as features are concerned.

You won't get the improvements to graphics or the new Workshop feature so don't expect those to be included in the console updates.
