If you want to get off iOS 9.2.1 and you don't want to downgrade to iOS 9.2, consider "upgrading" to iOS 9.3. 

The iOS 9.3 update is available right now in beta form and anyone with a working iPhone 5 and Apple ID can try it out using the Beta Software Program.
