With the Awakening Black Ops 3 DLC 1 we saw a new specialist mentioned in Gauntlet, with an empty case, a scratched out nameplate and a calling card. Even though we know a lot about this DLC, we don't know these details yet. As we wait for the DLC 2 release date on Xbox One, we continue to see leaks about what is happening with this 10th specialist. The latest leak indicates that a 10th Black Ops 3 specialist will not come from DLC, but you will need to earn him. When Treyarch announced the new Black Ops 3 guns and melee weapons they also announced Contracts. These are events that you can complete to unlock a reward. Currently you can unlock a guaranteed weapon and 10 rare supply drops when you clock 75 wins. A new leak posted to pastebin includes strings suggesting that you will be able to unlock the 10th Specialist Black Jack by completeing contracts. The leak includes a string stating, "Activate Blackjack contracts in the Specialists menu to play as Blackjack for a limited time." With this new information it looks like the new Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 specialist will be something you earn over time and use only for a limites time. The speculation is that Treyarch is preparing to deliver a new Black Ops 3 specialist to the game with upcoming DLC or an update. Since then we've seen mentions of the specialist power that allows you to steal a specialist weapon and voices linked to it. In the new Rift Black Ops 3 map in the Eclipse DLC 2 map pack we see a weapon display wall with a lot of exciting new additions to the game. Some of these will likely come in a Supply Drop. -- Hammer - from Black Ops 2 -- Remmington from Black Ops 2 -- M27 -- MP7 We could see these four new Black Ops 3 weapons arrive in a future update. In May we saw a new launcher and a new AR as well as melee weapons. If you own the Black Ops 3 Season Pass you don't have access to the new weapons automatically, but you are now guaranteed at least one.. The whole idea behind new weapons is to convince users to buy Call of Duty Points. | ||||||||
