Black Ops 3 DLC 3 Release Date: 4 Things to Expect & 3 Not To

Expect an July Black Ops 3 Update

In addition to a the Black Ops 3 DLC 3 release date in June or July, we could see another new July Black Ops 3 update.

We've already seen two June Black Ops 3 updates and it's unlikely that another one will arrive in the next 7 days unless Treyarch bundles maps and DLC. Treyarch and Activision bundled the new Black Ops 3 DLC maps into the console update, but that is no longer the case for DLC 2. Even with this change, we saw a major Black Ops 3 patch in May ahead of DLC 2. 

It makes more sense that we would see a July Black Ops 3 1.13 update arrive after the PS4 Black Ops 3 DLC 3 release date and before the Xbox One and PC release. 

Even without the Black Ops 3 1.13 update delivering new maps, you may see this arrive with fixes before the PC and Xbox One release.
