On Reddit there is a guide to play Black Ops 3 early on PC starting at 12:01 AM November 6th in New Zealand. That's 6 AM Eastern November 5th, and 3 Am Pacific.

You'll need a VPN and to follow this guide to the letter. This is unlikely to result in a ban from Steam, as long as you don't try to buy anything while on a VPN.
