We wouldn't expect the iOS 9.1 update to be the last big iOS 9 update for the iPhone 5s. We'd expect iOS 9.2 and maybe more. These updates haven't been rumored yet but we get the feeling that the iOS 8 release strategy wasn't an anomoly. We're expecting numerous iOS 9 updates to arrive for the iPhone 5s between its release date and the arrival of iOS 10. Yes, we expect the iPhone 5s to get iOS 10.
