But keep in mind, Apple's very predictable when it comes to its iOS release times. We typically see an iOS release arrive around 9-10AM PT. This is important to note if you live in a far away land like Japan or Australia. 

You'll probably have to stay up late/wake up early if you want to download the update right when it comes out.
