The biggest thing you need to know about Minecraft Story Mode is that it’s not made by Mojang at all. It seems the Mojang team is perfectly happy staying focused on the traditional Minecraft game that users already know and love. Instead, video game developer Telltale Games will manage the title itself. This isn’t necessary a bad thing. As Minecraft is Mojang’s only title, it stands to reason that the developer has some level of input in Minecraft Story Mode. It’s also worth noting that Minecraft Story Mode is in pretty good hands. Telltale has worked on licensed titles for years. Tales from The Borderlands is a Telltale game. So it’s The Walking Dead games that have debuted ever year since 2012.
