Apple patents touch-screen technology

Apple appears to be moving closer to that Mac Tablet PC / UMPC. The news today involves their Sept 2005 patent application for touch-screen technology that can be used on hand-held mobile devices like ipods, tablet pc, and umpc types of devices. They certainly look a lot like the umpc’s out today, huh? Check out that on screen keyboard. Now, when Apple finally releases this thing, I want to know how many reviewers are going to knock it because it doesn’t have a keyboard.
