Ed Holloway And X41 Performance Issues

Ed Holloway, of Ink Bloging plug-in fame, too a look at Jim Dutntemann’s post about peformance issues on the Lenovo X41 Tablet PC that Rob linked to yesterday and offers a possible solution that he has discovered. He saw an improvment when he disabled the “Thinkvantage Active Protection System” that locks the hard disk in case of a fall or sudden jostling. I’m anxious to check out the next edition of the Thinkpad Tablet PC later this fall, so I’m curious if any other X41 users have seen these issues. Check out Ed’s post here.
