Ink Desktop 2.0 fix available
Last week, we posted about the availability of Ink Desktop 2.0 for Vista, an application that lets Tablet PC users write ink notes on their desktop. Part of the initial trouble I have experienced with Ink Desktop is that it disappears when you activate the desktop by pressing the desktop quicklaunch icon. The only way it will get displayed and able to use as an inkable component is to minimize the open applications.
Well, GottaBeMobile.com reader Blademonkey has come to the rescue and written an app that keeps the Ink Desktop on top, called InkOnTop. I’ve already downloaded the fix that Blademonkey wrote and it works as expected – after launching InkOnTop, the Ink Desktop will appear on the desktop when pressing the desktop quicklaunch icon.
Well done, Blademonkey. Check it out.
