On The Road and Auditioning Again

I’m on the road and auditioning again, this time at the UPTA conference in Memphis. We’ll see over 800 actors in four days. The big test over these four days is how well the Asus R2H performs as my only computer. Given that I’ve had some difficulties after installing Vista on the R2H, I did cheat a bit and bring the Lenovo X60 along. This is probably the most strenuous workout the R2H will receive among my trips this year. I also cheated a bit and brought along the install disks, in case the difficulties with Vista continue and I may just reinstall XP, as I know everything was working well there.

We’ll see how things go during the next few days, and of course I’ll report in on any progress or lack thereof.
