Linda Epstein: Via Processor Gives UMPC Longer Battery Life

Fellow Tablet PC MVP Linda Epstein of TabletPC2.com says that if battery life is one of your priorities in looking at the Ultra-Mobile PC form factor you should take a look at the Samsung Q1B which is powered by the Via Processor. She’s run a couple of tests and posted her results and you might be suprised at the difference.

We don’t hear much about the Q1B so this is interesting information to add to the mix in the battery life discussion.
