The End of a Great Shootout

After 10 reviews, the time has come to call a cease-fire to the shootout! I’m sure you’re all anxious to hear which screen protector came out on top, so I won’t keep you waiting much longer. Below is the list of screen protectors ranked from highest to lowest. Keep in mind that this ranking is based on my own very subjective opinions and preferences. Everything and anything I have said or will say should always be taken with a grain of salt. What I like and what I am looking for might or might not be what you are looking for in a screen protector.

Screen Protectors Ranked!

1) Photodon Clear

2) Clarivue

3) Photodon AG

4) NuShield

5) Boxwave AG

6) WriteShield AG

7) Strong Engineering

8) InvisibleShield

9) ProtecT

10) Boxwave Crystal

Of course, a list is worthless without some sort of justifying commentary. I’ll try to explain how I came to the conclusions I did by breaking down each protector on a subjective and unscientific scale of 1-5 and add up the points to determine the winner. 8-18-2008 10-58-25 PM

So as you can see, by my personal subjective preferences, I declare the Photodon Crystal Clear anti-reflective screen protector as the winner. If you have any further comments or questions, feel free to post them here. I will also be starting a thread to answer questions in our forums.

I don’t know which NuShield film you tested, but thank you for including us. If you used our NuShield antiglare film, then we would invite you to try our new NuShield DayVue antireflective film. This new product provides excellent outdoor viewability and provides better scratch protection when tested with steel wool than the Photodon film. The DayVue film comes in a Cut to Fit kit that can be used on LCD displays up to 4.3″ diag. and you get 2 films, 2 wipes and other materials needed to make installation easy. This is a much better value for the money than the Photodon.

I was torn between the nushield dayvue and the photodon antiglare. the dayvue had to go because it just didn’t do much. i am loving the photodon. was slightly cheaper too.

Terrific paintings! That is the kind of info that are meant to be shared across the internet. Disgrace on the search engines for not positioning this publish higher! Come on over and discuss with my site . Thanks =)
