    I think Sony will replace the UX series in Q1 2009, maybe Q2. Likewise Samsung will replace the Q1 series at the same time.
    I think new devices from both these manufacturers will be the mobile umpcs to watch out for in 2009.

    I think Sony and Samsung will eliminate UMPCs from their product lineups.

    I expect to have a cell phone with the form factor of the HTC TyTN II with the power of a netbook, VGA conection, windows XP or 7 (if the promise of a lighter OS is true) and USB or a cradle to connect my devices at home and at the office, so I can bring my photos, music, work and everything where ever i go.
