I’m A PC: It Is Helping Me Restore My Life

C-141XLer is a PC. It is helping him restore his life.

I’m A PC because:

Mostly I’m a TabletPC for without it, I would not be able to continue in school. I injured myself after 17 years on the job in an ambulance. I had cervical and lumbar surgeries and can not carry more than 10 lbs. I can’t carry the 30lbs in books, plus book bag, note book, etc I would need. So I have cut the spines off all the books and used a duplex ADF scanner to copy all the books into my TPC. So the only thing I carry to class is my Gateway C-141XL which weights in at a hefty 7 lbs. I use inkseine to capture passages in my books to make notes directly on them in Onenote. I get the PowerPoint slides from the instructor and print them and any PDF’s to Onenote and can take all my notes that way. For me, it is a lifesaver. So I’m A PC - because it is helping me restore my life.
