Charge Up These Batteries with Beer and Urine

Posted by | 01/15/2009 | 2 Comments

Well, if you believe in recycling and going green, I guess you might as well go all the way.The makers of the NoPoPo batteries (no pollution power) have come up with a combo fluid mixture that when added to the magnesium and carbon supposedly will yield a life span of 10 years for the batteries.

The fluids being worked with include beer, saliva and urine. While this sounds like it might be a potential revenue source for many a Frat house, it is apparently a very sanitary and simple process.

It looks like the batteries will sell for $15.

Sounds like a good way to excuse the beer and urine smell of my TV remote control. What? Sometimes after I drink too much, I mistake the side console for a urinal. Don’t act like you haven’t done it.
