Thin and Light MSI X340 Reviewed

msix340_2536g Joanna Stern at Laptop Mag got her hands on the MSI X340 ultraportable and has given it a shakedown and review. As the march towards thin and light in a mid-price range continues, it appears that the MSI X340 might be a worthy contender at $899.

Yes, it passes the manila envelope test visited on us by the MacBook Air. And, as Joanna points out, the internals give it a leg up on battery life and it has decent performance. She does have some reservations about the keyboard and the build quality though.
