GBM InkShow: Thomasin Takes on the Asus Eee PC Tablet

thomasinthumbt91My lovely wife Thomasin loves to use a Netbook. She got started with the original Asus Eee PC and uses the HP Mini 1000 now. When she saw the Asus Eee PC T91 Tablet that I was reviewing she got excited and wanted to check it out. As is our custom, we captured her first impressions on video, so that you can get her decidedly   ‘non-geek’ reaction to her using her first touch screen device.   As always she has some interesting insights. She also does some comparisons with the HP Mini 1000 and I think you might be surprised with some of her early impressions.

Video after the jump.

Length of InkShow: 26:01

Great video! Always good to have an average user testing out a new product. You really should do have more of these. :-)

    Nice video.
Seems that touch isn’t that natural to all people.
    Maybe she’ll like multi-touch in Windows 7.

  3. @Pierre- point taken. I think I’m going to enroll some non-geek family and friends as video guests.

Great video, thanks, this machine seems a bit under powered, looked promising.
