3G Wars: AT&T Loses Round 1 in Court and in Ad Counter Attack

The ad war between 3G provides AT&T and Verizon ended round one with a loss for AT&T. A judge did not allow an injunction against Verizon’s advertising campaign, so we’ll be seeing Misfit toys through the holidays. So, AT&T brings out its own ad as a counter attack. They obviously need to do better than this as it looks like the defensive play that it is.

    Wow…pretty pathetic…nothing in that ad that would make me want to switch to AT&T (2 of the pluses tied directly to the iPhone).
