HTC Incredible 2 coming in April; Droid Bionic, Droid X 2, and Galaxy S II in May?

April and May are shaping up to be huge months for both Verizon and its customers as a leaked roadmap obtained by Phandroid indicates that that is when a bunch of new devices are expected to hit shelves.

Verizon leaked roadmap

The Samsung Droid Charge, which was confirmed to be a Droid branded device yesterday, should be hitting shelves on April 7th as expected. On the same day, a device called the Casio Commando – which appears to be some sort of rugged device as its waterproof – will be hitting Big Red’s airwaves.

Shortly after those hit, the Sony Ericsson Xperia Play should be out on April 14th (although we had recently heard early May), followed by the Windows Phone 7 powered HTC Trophy on the 15th, a device that we had heard was coming soon last week.

We’ve already heard that the HTC Incredible 2 would probably be out in the very near future, a rumor buoyed by the fact that the original Droid Incredible reached its EOL today, and according to this roadmap, it will be launching on April 28th.

May is looking like an absolute monster, for lack of a better word. May 5th should see the release of the LG Revolution, a handset that was announced all the way back at CES. Soon after, 3 huge handsets should arrive, those of course being the highly anticipated Tegra 2 equipped Motorola Droid Bionic, the already leaked Motorola Droid X 2 and the sequel to the Galaxy S series, the dual-core powered Samsung Galaxy S II.

Unfortunately, the map doesn’t give any specific dates for those, leaving open the possibility that their releases might be stretched into June.

All in all, these are exciting times to be on Verizon, let’s just hope that the releases of these go smoother than the launch of the HTC ThunderBolt.

So everyone is aware: I just had to file a Asurion claim with my Droid X(home button dislodged from phone) , and, according to Asurion, they are replacing it with the Droid X2, so the X2 is out there now. Just letting everyone know.
