Logitech announced an iPad app that allows Logitech Alert digital video security system owners to keep an eye on their properties while on the go. The Logitech Alert cameras start at $299.99.
The iPad app can be used to watch live streaming video of your home or office.
The iPad app is free, but you’ll need to pay $79.99 per year for the Logitech Alert Mobile Commander app, which unlocks additional functionality, including a DVR-like service. Motion alerts can be sent to users via SMS or email so you don’t have to sit and stare at your iPad all day.
