Earlier today, we heard that Verizon may have pushed the Motorola Droid RAZR launch to November 11th. Turns out, that’s exactly what the carrier did as a new Droid RAZR teaser video has confirmed the device’s November 11th release date. In addition, it appears that it won’t go on sale, at least in stores, until 11:11AM. So yes, 11/11/11 at 11:11AM.
So, if you were planning on heading into a store on November 10th, you’ll want to change your plans. A Friday launch for Verizon is almost unheard of but this time and date are pretty unique and Verizon apparently sees it fit to take advantage of it.
Nothing wrong with a little more buzz.
