Novatel Jetpack MiFi 4620L Coming to Verizon on April 12

After unveiling two new Jetpack mobile hotspot units at the Consumer Electronics Show, Verizon Wireless has confirmed that the Novetel MiFi 4620L Jetpack 4G mobile hotspot unit will be coming to stores and retail channels starting April 12. The updated unit from last year’s MiFi unit now supports up to 10 connections so you can tether ten WiFi-enabled devices to this portable hotspot router. The unit will retail for $50 after a $50 rebate with a two-year service contract.

Customers who do not want to make their purchases at a Verizon Wireless retail location will be able to pick up the MiFi Jetpack ‘soon’ at a Best Buy retail location, though an exact date is not given for when the unit will be coming to Best Buy.

The Jetpack MiFi 4620L supports Verizon’s 4G LTE and CDMA/EVDO network in the U.S. Users can now travel globally with the Jetpack as the unit supports 3G access while roaming internationally.
