Acase Superleggera Pro Dual Layer Case for Galaxy S III Review
For anyone who wants added protection for the Samsung Galaxy S III, take a look at the Acase Superleggera Pro Dual Layer Case.
The Acase Superleggera Pro Dual Layer Case gives the user more than an average case. Place the silicone skin on the Samsung Galaxy S III and then cover it with the hard shell for layered protection. The case offers impact resistance in case of a drop.
Don’t expect it to protect the Samsun Galaxy S III in extreme conditions, like an OtterBox, but it should help with normal day-to-day use.
I installed the case easily and it fits perfectly. The case lets me access all the ports easily. The silicon covers the power and volume buttons, but its easy to press them without much effort. The raised edge of the case doesn’t inhibit easy screen tapping on the extreme edges of the screen.
If you need a little more protection than the average snap on case or slide on case, the Acase should do nicely. At only $14.95 from Amazon or from Acase directly, the Acase is a great bargain. It works with the Galaxy S III from all the major carriers. Acase offers them in five colors – red, black, white, blue and purple. All of the different colors include black silicon liners, so users get a two-tone look.
The black outer cover feels a little rubbery and attracts smudges. I’d go with one of the colored cases which feal smooth unless you prefer a case with some texture to give better grip.
