iPhone 6 Concept Pulls Rumors Together in Must See Renders

New iPhone 6 concept images pull together the latest iPhone 6 rumors and showcase what a larger iPhone could look like running Apple’s iOS 7 software.

While consumer attention is likely fixated on the Samsung Galaxy S5 launch, said to be coming in just a few weeks time, there is another smartphone that continues to get rumored alongside Samsung’s brand new Galaxy S flagship. That device? The iPhone 6, Apple’s rumored iPhone 5s successor that could be landing as early as this summer.

The iPhone 6 could feature a Sapphire display that is stronger, thinner and ready for a larger iPhone.

The iPhone 6 launch and release dates are likely months away at least but in the meantime, we’ve been hearing a quite a bit about what could be on board when the device arrives. Rumors indicate that the iPhone 6 could, among other things, come with a larger display, one that would put it on par with some of the flagship Android smartphones currently on the market.

Credible iPhone 6 rumors point to the company introducing not one, but two new iPhone 6 models, one in the 4.7-inch range and one in the 5.5-inch range. This pairs with rumors that suggest that Apple will kill off the iPhone 5c, the budget and plastic iPhone that debuted last September alongside the iPhone 5s.

The Wall Street Journal believes the company will deliver a 4.5-inch and a 5+-inch iPhone 6. NPD DisplaySearch believes that two iPhone 6 models with higher resolution displays will be coming in 2014. A KDB Daewoo Securities report uncovered by OLED-Display includes two iPhone 6 display sizes. Ming-Chi Kuo of KGI Securities, who accurately predicted many iPhone 5s features, thinks Apple is planning an iPhone 6 with a screen between 4.5-inches and 5-inches.

  • 4.7-inch display – 1600 x 900 resolution – NPD
  • 4.7-inch to 4.8-inch display – 1920 x 1080 resolution – KDB
  • 4.5-inch to 5-inch display – Kuo
  • 5+ inch display – WSJ
  • 5.5-inch display – 1920 x 1080 resolution – NPD
  • 5.5-inch display – 2272 x 1280 resolution – KDB

While none of these specifications are set in stone, designers have taken it upon themselves to create iPhone 6 concepts that rope in the rumors and offer prospective buyers a look at what these iPhone 6 sizes could look like if they did come on board the real thing.

Gotta Be Mobile already showcased what larger iPhones running iOS 7 could look like, should Apple ever release them, and recently, Ciccarese Design issued its own interpretation of the rumors in the form of two beautiful iPhone 6 concepts that pull in the rumors that have been swirling around recently.

Ciccarese Design’s iPhone 6 concept pulls in the rumors of a larger display, giving consumers yet another look at how iOS 7 could look on a larger iPhone. The middle iPhone 6 is the 4.7-inch model that is rumored to be coming later this year while the much larger iPhone 6 concept is based on the 5.5-inch rumors. They feature virtually non-existent bezels, showing just how Apple could increase the size of the display without introducing a massive size change to the overall design.

The designers have put the concept designs next to the iPhone 5s to show just how their size might differ from the current iPhone 5s which uses a 4-inch Retina Display.

These concepts incorporate a metal design, something that is rumored for the iPhone 6, and they also utilize Touch ID, the fingerprint reader that is embedded inside of the iPhone 5s for added security and convenience.

iPhone-6-3

The real iPhone 6 is rumored to have a Sapphire display, A8 processor and a new camera that could trump the one found inside of the iPhone 5s. Rumors suggest that the device could emerge from hiding as early as this summer. iPhone 6 release rumors also point to a release in the fall, just like the iPhone 5s, iPhone 5 and iPhone 4s before it.

The last iPhone to get announced, and released, in the summer was the iPhone 4. In the past three years, Apple has used its annual WWDC conference in June to deliver software details to its iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Mac users. Rumors point to an iOS 8 update emerging later on this year.

    Sigh… I wanted a 6 inch iPhone 6 and would have settled for 5.7 inches…
But, I will be going droid, if Apple comes up “short” again with only a 5.5 inch display :-(

After been without work for 6 months, I started freelancing over this site and with a little effort I easily bring in around $65 to $95 per/h! Without any doubt, it’s the easiest and most financially rewarding job I’ve ever had. It changed my life for the better and now I couldn’t be happier. This is what I do http://www.cashkept.com
