AT&T, Verizon & Sprint iPhone 6 in Stock at Walmart Today

The iPhone 6 is in stock at Walmart today at over 3,000 locations so you can walk in and buy a new iPhone 6 on Verizon, AT&T or Sprint and score $20 off.

Walmart tells Gotta Be Mobile that over 3,000 stores have the iPhone 6 in stock today in silver, space gray and gold. You can buy these on a new two-year contract to secure a deal that chops $20 off the price you would pay at a carrier store.

It’s easier to find the iPhone 6 in stock than it is to find the iPhone 6 Plus, but this is still great news for shoppers who don’t want to wait weeks for Apple or a carrier store to ship the iPhone 6 or have the iPhone 6 in stock.

Instead of calling a carrier store or driving several hours to the Apple Store,  you should check the electronics counter at your local Walmart store where you will likely find an iPhone 6 in stock waiting for you.

The Walmart iPhone 6 deal offers the 16GB iPhone 6 in all three colors for $179 on a two-year contract. You can only buy the iPhone 6 in 16GB at Walmart now. The same iPhone 6 is $199 on contract at any of these carrier stores, but it remains tough to find either new iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus in stock.

You cannot buy the T-Mobile iPhone 6 at Walmart thanks to the carrier’s no contact plans that split the payments of the iPhone up over a period of two-years.

The lack of any 64GB iPhone 6 models is a turn off for some users who would prefer the added storage that is available for $100 more. We explain why you might not want to buy the 16GB iPhone 6 which is a good read before you jump on this iPhone 6 deal.

As of today over 3,000 Walmart locations have the iPhone 6 in stock. There is no easy way to check if your local Walmart has any of the iPhone 6 in stock, but you can call or simply drive to a location. Driving is a better option as most stores will not hold an iPhone 6 for you and stock may sell fast.

Walmart accepts your old iPhone or smartphone as a trade in. You can see how much your old phone is worth towards an iPhone 6 trade in using the Gadgets to Gift Cards trade-in checker.

If you want to maximize the value of your trade you’ll need to wait a few days. Starting Sunday October 5th you can score double trade-in value towards a new iPhone 6, up to $200 at Walmart. Here’s how this works.

  • That means you’ll get double your trade-in value if your phone is worth up to $100.
  • If your phone is worth between $100 – $199, you will receive $200.
  • If your phone is worth more than $200, you will receive the amount your phone is valued at, but not double the trade-in.

This is a nice trade-in deal, but if you are trading in a phone worth more than $200, or close to $200 already you may not need to wait for the deal to buy your new iPhone.

There is an iPhone 6 trade in deal coming this weekend at Walmart.

Two weeks after the iPhone 6 release date it is hard to find the iPhone 6 Plus or iPhone 6 in stock at a local store. The shortages may continue for another month as Apple plays catch up with demand from shoppers who are comfortable waiting for the first completely new iPhone in two years.

The iPhone 6 features a 4.7-inch display and the iPhone 6 Plus a 5.5-inch display. Both include a new and improved camera that can take better looking photos with faster focusing, higher-resolution screens, faster processors and a new design that uses more metal and curves than the iPhone 5 and iPhone 5s.

If you don’t want a contract anymore with an mobile operator, you can find here the completest list of prepaid plan providers from all the US. https://www.allprepaidplans.com/ has a list of more than 50 providers besides the four big networks. For many people this was great help. Hope it would also help you!

Sure Wmart has the phones. I went today Sun Oct 5. ONE salesperson! Waited 45 mins to be told “uh, no, I’m not sure I can transfer your contacts and photos overto it–You’ll probably lose them”. AND…I don’t think I can give you the same plan you have, in fact probably not, but if I call Verizon and check on it I could lock you out of the plan you’re on now and you’ll have nothing. SERIOUSLY! In other words they don’t want to do anything but sell a new iPhone to someone opening a new account and that’s it. She told the person in front of me that she was putting their co tracts & photos on “the cloud” but then said it would take TWO DAYS for them to download—and sent the person home to “wait for it”. This is RIDICULOUS! If Walmart can’t do Verizon properly then they shdn’t advertise it! AND…Apple….do. Not. Release ANY phones til you can do them all at once! EVERY Verizon store and computer order is “end Nov or Dec”. Outrageous business behavior all around!
