There is no Halo 5 PC release date on the calendar and it is very unlikely that you will hear about Halo 5 for PC at E3 2015. Still, there may be some eventual Halo 5 PC release in the works. In an interview with PC Gamer, Spencer talks about the history of Halo on PC, "Halo already has a long history on PC. “Halo: Combat Evolved” shipped on the original Xbox and Windows 98, and “Halo 2” came to PC after the Xbox 360 version. And for Windows 8 we shipped “Halo: Spartan Assault” and then just recently “Halo: Spartan Strike.” There's definitely a legacy there. So no, we wouldn’t rule out more Halo coming to the PC." The closing line is what offers the biggest hope for a Halo 5 PC release at some point, but if you want to play this fall, you better buy an Xbox One. | ||||||
