Intense Combat

While the trailer was very limited in scope, we did get to see the characters, one male and one female, engage with some enemies. The combat looks very much like some of the old Gears of War of games and it looks intense. That has us and many others excited. 

From what we can tell, many of the well-known Gears of War combat elements will remain the same. Parts of the cover system, the quick switching between guns, all of that is featured in the game's demo. That doesn't confirm them as part of the final version but it makes them likely. 

This is exciting to us because one, we love the Gears of War combat system and two, it will make the game extremely approachable.
