Verizon Wi-Fi Calling

The iOS 9.3 beta 3 came with a few surprises including the Wi-Fi Calling feature for Verizon iPhones. If you own a Verizon iPhone and you're running iOS 9.3 beta 3, you can now make calls over Wi-Fi instead of cellular.

This is a feature that's been available on AT&T and T-Mobile for a little while and it's exciting to see it emerge for Verizon iPhone 6 users. Verizon said that it would be coming to the iPhone back in October.

Our assumption is that this feature will carry over to the final version of the iOS 9.3 update bringing support to all Verizon iPhone 6 users.

After the update to 9.3 whenever I’m on the speaker the person on the other side doesn’t hear me and when I turn the speaker off the person on the other side hear me normally.
