Don't Wait If You Don't Want to Use Dongles for Sound

There is a good chance the iPhone 7 will ditch the familiar 3.5mm headphone jack in an effort to improve the device's design. This could be a headache for some of you.

If the iPhone 7 comes without a headphone jack, you will need to use an adapter/dongle to plug in your headphones. Apple will reportedly bundle an adapter in with the iPhone 7.

Of course, you could potentially lose said adapter and be forced to buy another one in order to use a pair of headphones with your iPhone.

If you haven't shifted over to Bluetooth headphones yet, this change could potentially be annoying. You can use Bluetooth headphones to wirelessly stream music instead of using an adapter, but keep in mind that the best Bluetooth headphones are going to add to your price to upgrade.

If you'd rather not deal with adapters or buying Bluetooth headphones, you might opt for an iPhone or another phone with the 3.5mm standard.
