HP Mini 1000 VGA Cable Available
HP’s finally offering the VGA cable necessary to hook a Mini 1000 up to an external display. HP launched the Mini 1000 several months ago and has taken way longer than usual to roll out accessories for it.
Mini 1000 owners can snag one of these $19.99 cables from HP.com. If you don’t want to spend your hard-earned money on a cable that will only work with a MIni 1000 you should pick up a DisplayLink USB video adapter.
The reason HP had to use this proprietary port is because it’s too thin for a standard VGA port.
