Don't Expect iOS 10 to Be Perfect

Apple's putting the iOS 10 through a rigorous beta that aims to catch bugs before they make it to the final version that's delivered to iPhones, iPads and iPod touch models around the world. That said, it won't be able to catch them all.

Apple engineers and iOS 10 beta testers will wipe out tons of issues before the iOS 10 release date on September 13th but issues will slip through the cracks. They always do.

Battery drain, Wi-Fi problems, cellular data issues, minor bugs, crashes, random reboots, installation issues. We'd expect all of these, and more, to affect iPhone, iPad and iPod touch owners.

You'll also want to be familiar with fixes for common iOS problems so you can get them fixed right away on release day.
