Make Sure Your Store is Open Late

If you ordered the physical version of the game and you want to play right away, you'll need to go into a physical retail location to pickup the game. 

Best Buy, GameStop and Walmart (not confirmed but likely) will be selling the game once the clock strikes 12:01AM Eastern. That's when pre-orderers can walk out with the game and those that didn't pre-order can buy a copy.

Not every store will be open late. You need to check in on the appropriate website to be sure that your local store will be open. If you can't figure it out, call ahead of or go in today or tomorrow morning.
