Apple offers a new Apple Music Family Plan the includes up to six users at $14.99 a month. This is cheaper than the Spotify Family plan that only allows two users at $14.99, but there is a bigger catch that makes sharing an Apple Music Family Plan with friends a no go for most users.
To set this up, you need to use the iOS 8 Family Sharing option that shares more than Apple Music. This service shares the apps, books, movies and songs purchased with all other family members. When you use the iOS 8 Family Sharing service all the purchases made by family members go to a single credit card managed by the organizer. If you try to share the Apple Music Family Plan with friends, any time they buy an app or make an in-app purchase the charge will go to the organizer's account. Some users report double emails when logging a family member in, so if you choose the Family Plan for the free Apple Music trial you may need to monitor your accounts when it ends.
