Don't expect the iOS 9.2.1 update to get replaced overnight. There's a chance iPad users will be waiting several more weeks for the next iOS 9 update to emerge. If iOS 9.3 is the next iOS update, you'll probably be waiting until the spring to replace iOS 9.2.1 with an official version of iOS 9.3. Apple supposedly has a media event scheduled for March 15th where it will showcase the iPhone 5c's successor, among other things. iOS 9.3 is expected to play a role in the iPhone 5se's launch so we imagine that its release date will arrive in and around that media event.
