There's another way to get off of the iOS 9.2.1 update. If you don't want to drop back down to iOS 9.2, you can "upgrade" to the iOS 9.3 beta. The iOS 9.3 update is available in an early form to developers and the general public through the Beta Software Program. If you own a compatible iPad, you can download the iOS 9.3 beta right now so long as you agree to the terms and conditions and have a working Apple ID. Early software can be problematic but the iOS 9.3 update is an exciting one, particularly for the iPad.
