Developers haven't released an iOS 9.1 jailbreak yet but they have been able to jailbreak the software behind the scenes. A release date isn't confirmed and they're not saying if they'll release it to the public. We're hopeful but that doesn't mean much yet. Since 9.0 on my 6s I’ve continued to have issues in apps with not rotating. Really annoying.
