Before you jump right into the public iOS 9 beta, you're going to want to weigh the decision. For some of you, the iOS 9 beta won't be worth it. For others, it's absolutely going to be worth it. A few days ago, we touched on some of the reasons why you might want to try out the public iOS 9 beta on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch. This is early beta software but there are still some benefits both to you and to Apple. We won't get into them all here but here are a couple. You might also want to try the iOS 9 beta if you own an iPad. iOS 9 is bringing some powerful multitasking features to the iPad and if you own an iPad Air 2 or a newer version of the iPad, you might want to think about making the move. | |||||||||||
