If you scoot on over to Fallout 4's Steam database, you'll notice a listing for a Fallout 4 - DLC04 (480630) Depot.

This is for Fallout 4 Contraptions Workshop which means the PC file size will be 252MB. That's smaller than both Far Harbor and Automatron and much larger than Wasteland Workshop. 

If you're downloading it for PS4 in North America, it's about 155MB. For Xbox One, you're looking at a 250MB file.
