Upgraded Action Center

Bigger faces, with more options for developers to add buttons. Those are the upgrades coming to the Action Center with the Windows 10 Anniversary Update.  Also included is the ability to prioritize what notifications get shown there. Whenever there’s a new alert, the Action Center button shows the icon of that app that generated that alert.
