HTC Set to Make ‘Major News Announcement’ Tomorrow
HTC has just alerted to the world that it will be making a “major news announcement”, their words, not ours, tomorrow morning at 11:30am EST. HTC CEO Peter Chou is going to be making the announcement via live teleconference from Los Angeles and unfortunately, that’s all we know at this point.
No specifics were offered so we’re just going to have to wait until the morning comes to know what’s in store. Hopefully it has something to do with amazing HTC hardware because we here at GBM love amazing HTC hardware.
Just for fun, here are a couple of guesses:
- HTC announces the HTC Vigor
- HTC announces the HTC Puccini 4G LTE tablet for AT&T
- HTC announces something to do with bootloaders
- HTC announces that the HTC ThunderBolt Gingerbread update is now live
It has to be something fairly substantial, right? Why else would they alert all sorts of media outlets to the announcement if it wasn’t? What are you hoping for guys? I think I am going to go to sleep muttering ‘Vigor’ to myself.
