Verizon’s 4G LTE Network Expanding Further on November 17th

Published

on

Thought Verizon was done for the year after October 20th and those 21 new cities that will be seeing 4G LTE? Think again. Verizon has just announced that it will be bringing 4G LTE to several more cities during the month of November, November 17th to be exact, which will bring its total coverage up to 178 cities across the United States. We’re fairly certain the carrier will be rolling out even more in December as well.

Now the list presented today only includes 11 cities in total. But if you’ve followed the roll outs, you’d know that Verizon likes to add cities to the roll out list so it’s possible that what you see below is not the final list. of cities seeing 4G LTE on November 17th. There might be more.

Verizon 4G LTE

That being said, here is a list of those cities that will definitely be seeing 4G LTE next month:

  • Little Rock, Ark.
  • Savannah, Ga.
  • Cedar Rapids and Des Moines, Iowa
  • Lexington, Ky.
  • Kansas City and Springfield, Mo.
  • Lincoln, Neb.
  • Orange County, N.Y.
  • Greater Providence, R.I.
  • Rapid City, S.D.
  • Roanoke, Va.
  • Appleton, Wis.

So, congratulations if you live in those cities and if your city still isn’t swathed in 4G LTE and you’ve been hoping for it to arrive in time for the Samsung Galaxy Nexus, keep those fingers crossed.

Tightly.
