Samsung Focus S to Feature 1GB of RAM, 32GB of Storage?

WMPowerUser is reporting that a tipster from AT&T has told them that the upcoming Samsung Focus S Windows Phone will feature a couple of features that will surely delight those of you thinking about hopping aboard the Microsoft train. Rumor has it that the Focus S will feature a solid 1GB of RAM and also will come in 16GB and 32GB flavors. It apparently won’t have a SD expansion slot.

Of course, the 1GB of RAM and storage space on the Focus S are far from official so we’ll just have to wait and see.

Focus SAs for the official specs, the Focus S will be coming with a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Plus display, an 8-megapixel camera, a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera, HSPA+ 4G speeds, and a 1.4GHz single-core processor.

It’s this writer’s opinion that the Samsung Focus was the best of the original batch of Windows Phones so expect the Focus S to be even better, even if it doesn’t have a dual-core processor.

The Samsung Focus S was one of three Windows Phone Mango devices that AT&T announced back in September with a scheduled Q4 release date.

We still don’t have any official news on a specific release date but now that Mango has rolled out to existing Windows Phone handsets and Nokia has announced its phones, we should see something soon.
