Samsung has taken the stage in Germany at the IFA trade show at the company’s Unpacked event to unveil an update to the 10.1-inch Galaxy Note tablet. The new edition, dubbed the Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition, follows styling introduced on the recent Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 edition while at the same time delivering all the features and innovations that are debuting on from the Galaxy Note 3 phablet. Complete with S Pen functionality, the Galaxy Note 10.1 comes with a new pixel-topping resolution display.

Featuring the same high resolution display as that on the premium Google Nexus 10, also made by Samsung, the Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition features a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels, a significant upgrade from the last generation Note 10.1’s 1280 X 800-pixel display.
