iPhone 6 Concept: See the Best iPhone 6 Rumors Brought to Life

Published

on

A great iPhone 6 concept shows off what Apple may be planning for a 2014 iPhone with a larger screen and these beautiful iPhone 6 concepts bring the rumors to life with a look at how the new iPhone could look when it arrives this fall.

Each week closer to the iPhone 6 release date brings us more iPhone 6 concepts that include the latest rumors and leaks to show how the iPhone 6 might look with the thinner design, larger screen and new button placement.

Most of the concepts in this list are realistic, but there is one iPhone 6 concept with a curved screen that may not arrive this fall, but is too nice to pass up on sharing. The rest of these artist renderings show rumored iPhone 6 features and screen sizes in a realistic setting that shows how Apple could deliver larger iPhone screen sizes without making a phone that owners can still use with one hand.

iPhone 6 rumors are still shaping up, but over the past two months leak schematics and dimensions are conclusive enough that numerous mockups are available showing a 3D version of the iPhone 6 rumors in a crude 3D model or in a sample that a case maker would use to test the fit of cases.

It is possible that these iPhone 6 mockups do not look like the final version of the iPhone 6 that we expect this fall, but it is a nice way to see what could be, and it lines up well with the latest rumors.

  • iPhone 6 Screen Sizes – 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch — Higher resolution possibly 1704 x 960.
  • iPhone 6 Design – Thinner (6mm to 7mm), more metal on the back, curved sides and new buttons.
  • iPhone 6 Specs –  A8 processor, 1GB RAM, Touch ID, 8MP camera.
  • iPhone 6 Release Date – September is likely, but some rumors suggest August.
  • iPhone 6 Price – May increase $50 to $100, expect a premium on a 5.5-inch iPhone 6.

Not all of these rumored iPhone 6 features are present in every concept, but these still offer the best look at the iPhone 6 rumors brought to life.

Curved iPhone 6 Concept

Curved iPhone 6 Concept

This curved iPhone 6 concept from Martin Hajek is one of the most impressive concepts we've seen in 2014. It seems unlikely that Apple is ready to offer a curved screen on an iPhone, considering the iPhone 6 screen sizes are already rumored to increase, but that doesn't stop us from drooling over this design.

This comes from an iPhone 6 rumor that surfaced on a Japanese Apple blog, but this is one of the only rumors of a curved design so it is possible that this is either wrong, or regarding a prototype that Apple is working with for a future iPhone.

Unlike Samsung's curved smartphone prototype, these curved edges don't show notifications. Instead they simply look nice, which is something Apple is known for.

I’ve heard the camera isn’t so great on the M8. What has been your experience with the camera?

The M8’s camera is just sooooo poor. CNET, Gizmodo, Tech Radar — all say the same. Great phone, horrible and unacceptable phone quality.

Yes it’s a shocker on the HTC on that but I have 2 lines work and personal so iPhone 5s and the HTC so best of both it’s all good, too bad you can’t have both in one but it’s $$$$ and competition
