Multiple improvements come to Just Cause 3 with a new parachute that lets players fire one-handed and two-handed weapons, a vastly upgraded grappling hook that is part weapon, part vehicle and now there is an option to chain together multiple items and vehicles, plus auto retract to pull things apart.
The new wingsuit allows users to fly fast through the sky to get wherever he needs to go without a vehicle.

The end of the new trailer reveals the Just Cause 3 release date for December 1st, 2015. This news comes on the first official day of E3 2015, well after the major announcements from Sony and Microsoft. At the tail end of the video we learn that the Just Cause 3 release date is coming to PS4, PC and Xbox One on the same day. There is no Just Cause 3 release date listed or planned for older consoles.
